ARVOEN processes the personal information it obtains when receiving bookings and inquiries through this website as set out below, in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act of Korea.

1. Information we collect and how

Bookings, general inquiries and franchise inquiries: name and contact number (required) / preferred care, preferred date and time, and message (optional)
Information recorded along with it: type of request, time received, and the address from which the request was sent
Access records kept automatically on the server while you use the website: IP address, browser information, and time of access
Method of collection: you enter the information yourself in the forms on the website.

2. Purposes of use

Confirming bookings, arranging schedules, and contacting you about your care
Responding to general inquiries and franchise inquiries
Checks to identify repeated requests or requests sent by automated programs

3. Retention period and destruction

We keep the information for 1 year from the date it is received and then destroy it without delay. Where relevant laws require it to be kept, we keep it for the period they require.
If you ask us to delete it, we destroy it without delay.
Electronic files are deleted in a way that cannot be recovered.

4. Provision to third parties

We do not provide personal information to third parties without your consent, except where there is a basis in law.

5. Entrusted processing and storage location

To receive requests smoothly and operate the website, we entrust personal information processing tasks as follows.

SIXONE Inc.: Website operation and maintenance
Supabase: Database storage of submitted information (Seoul region)
Cloudflare: Web server and delivery

Supabase and Cloudflare are companies headquartered outside Korea. Submitted information is stored in a Supabase database in the Seoul region (Republic of Korea), and Cloudflare handles the web server and delivery that bring the website to you.
We monitor whether the entrusted companies process personal information securely, and if the entrusted tasks or companies change, we will announce it in this policy.

6. Your rights

You may at any time request access to, correction or deletion of, or suspension of processing of your personal information.
If you make a request through the contact details below, we will act on it without delay.

7. Right to refuse consent

You may decline to consent to the collection and use of your personal information. If you do not consent, we cannot accept online bookings or inquiries, but you can book or consult with us by phone.

8. Children under 14

We do not collect personal information from children under the age of 14.

9. Cookies and visit analytics

This website does not use cookies that track users or visit analytics tools.

10. Security measures

Access to submitted information is restricted so that only administrators can view it.
Transmission between the website and the server is encrypted (HTTPS).
