Terms of Use

This English version is provided for convenience. If it differs from the Korean version, the Korean version prevails.

These terms set out the conditions and procedures for using the website operated by ARVOEN (the "Website").

1. What the Website does

It provides information on care programs, memberships, our store location and business hours.
It receives online booking requests, franchise inquiries and general inquiries.
No payments are taken on the Website. Payment for care and memberships is made in store.

A booking request sent through the Website is not a confirmed booking. A booking is confirmed when the store notifies you of the confirmation at the contact details you provided.
If a booking is not possible at the date, time or with the therapist you requested, the store may suggest another time or may be unable to accept the request.
Prices, care content and business hours shown on the Website may change. The actual terms of use are those the store tells you when your booking is confirmed.

How and by when a confirmed booking can be changed or canceled, and how membership deductions apply, follow the store's guidance (confirmation message or phone).

Do not make requests using another person's name or contact details.
Do not submit false information or send the same request repeatedly.
Do not send requests with automated programs or interfere with the operation of the Website.
Requests that break these rules may be declined or deleted.

Rights to the text, photos, logos and design of the Website belong to ARVOEN or their rightful owners.
They may not be copied, distributed, modified or used elsewhere without permission.

Personal information received through bookings and inquiries is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

The content and terms of use of services operated by other companies, such as the map links on the Website, are governed by those companies' own terms.

ARVOEN is not liable where the Website cannot be used or a request is not delivered because of events ARVOEN cannot prevent, such as natural disasters, telecommunication or power failures, or outages of the services that run the Website. This does not apply where ARVOEN has acted intentionally or with gross negligence.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes arising from use of the Website are resolved in the court with jurisdiction under the relevant laws.

If we change these terms, we will announce the changes and their effective date on the Website.

These terms take effect on October 10, 2026.
