REFUND
Refunding your balance
We recalculate the care you have received at regular price and subtract it from your payment, then subtract 10% of the payment as a cancellation fee. The remainder is refunded to you.

Can I share my prepaid plan with my family?

What happens to the remaining balance after the validity period?What happens after it expires?
A prepaid plan is used within 12 months from the date of payment. How any balance left after that period is handled is explained when you pay.
Can I switch a session pass to a different program?
Session passes are for guests who come back regularly for one program. The terms for switching to another program are explained during your consultation.
Can I use my prepaid plan for add-on options?
Yes. Face, body and course programs, plus add-on options, are all deducted from your prepaid plan at member prices.
How do I get a receipt or a cash receipt?
Just let us know when you pay, and we will issue a receipt and a cash receipt.
